Quiet...but still here...

the days pass so quickly...so much TO do...and very little time for what I WANT to do...
like stop here to say HELLO...I'm still here!

A brief update on why I've been so quiet online...
The day before I packed the car to head off to teach at From Our Hands in Ohio, we moved my parents to a nursing home.

I felt like a bad Mom pushing her kids out on the curb at the daycare door, but their name came up on the list and we couldn't pass it up.
I had an absolutely wonderful time teaching and meeting everyone! It was great to finally meet several longtime web clients in person!
Since my return, I've been consumed by getting Mom and Dad settled and getting their home ready for sale.

I'm still processing orders from the Website and Etsy Shop everyday, but haven't had the chance to put my new books that I introduced in Ohio up yet.

There IS light at the end of the tunnel and hopefully in a week or two I'll be able to get the sites updated.

Fall is in the air today

...Yay! Just a reminder that there is NO Open Studio Hooking Group tomorrow. Catching up with family stuff in these last few weeks before school starts.
I've also been moving things around in the studio in hopes of making it more comfortable for our gatherings...still cozy...and I'm looking forward to seeing you all in September!
The studio is always open by appointment, so just give a call if you want to come over...the wool room is awesome!
